What should I expect at my initial consultation?
At your initial consultation you will be given an opportunity to discuss your personal health goals with a functional medicine provider. This will be an opportunity for you and our staff to identify if you are a good candidate for our services. From that point we can schedule your comprehensive examination.
How much is an initial consultation?
The initial consultation is $65
What can I expect at my comprehensive examination?
We ask that you bring any pertinent medical records, supplements, medication and lab test results with you. If you are not the financial decision maker, we ask that you bring your significant other with you to the consultation. During this examination you will go through a series of evaluations and questions leading us to the route cause of your condition. Expect this to take 1 hour in time.
How much is the comprehensive examination?
$199 for adults. $99 for children 12 years old and younger.
Does your office take insurance for Functional Medicine?
We do not accept insurance or Medicare for our consulting services.
Do you offer a-la-carte testing or treatment?
We do not offer a-la-carte testing since this goes against the paradigm of functional medicine. If we are going to address the root cause of your health issues, we will need to take a more comprehensive approach. We only work with patients on a case management basis in one of our programs.
What is the investment to join the Concierge Program?
Concierge Program is $2499 (tax included)
Is lab testing covered by health insurance?
Functional lab testing is usually not covered by most insurance providers

Do you offer financing for your program?
Yes, we currently offer financing through Advanced Care Card
Can I use my HSA or FSA account?
Yes, please check with your HR department to be sure.
Does your office work with patients in other cities/countries?
Yes, we work with any person in any country.
Do I qualify for the Concierge Program?
This program is for anyone looking to optimize their heath. The only time somebody is not qualified is if their health is too far-gone or their condition requires urgent medical attention. If a client is not motivated, engaged and willing to take the steps necessary to get healthy they would not be a good candidate.
Can my appointments be done over phone or Zoom?
Yes. We recommend that your first appointment is done in person so we can meet with you and make sure we’re a good fit for each other. If that’s not possible, we can do your appointment on the phone or video conference so we can more be engaged and help you along the process.
What happens after the Concierge Program?
Once we have gotten you to a stable place you will be graduated into our monthly membership plan of $89/month. This includes the same unlimited access to the clinician, patient direct lab testing if needed and one 30-minute appointment (in office or through zoom).
